Job description:
One Post doc position is available at the Institute for Nanostructured Materials (ISMN) of the italian National Research Council (CNR). CNR is the largest Italian research organization. ISMN is a CNR research institute, which focuses, among others, on nanostructured materials for organic electronics and photonics. ISMN is internationally renowned for its multidisciplinary research in organic and hybrid materials.

The selected candidate will work mainly on the realisation of Organic Light Emitting Transistors (OLETs) based on small molecules. The research commitment consist of the growth and the characterisation of OLETs as well as of the design of new device architectures to enhance the optoelectronic performances. The candidate should develop in collaboration with the technical staff the experimental set up needed to realise all the device configurations.
The selected candidate will have direct responsibility as supervisor of PhD students and will be part of a larger team focussing on growth of materials by vacuum sublimation, fabrication of optoelectronic devices (OLEDs, OLETs, OPVs), and optoelectronic characterization in glove-box environment.

Requirements:
- PhD in Physics, Chemistry or Material Science.
- At least three years experience in organic devices development and optoelectronic
characterisation.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
- The candidates should be highly motivated and should be keen to interdisciplinary team work.
- The candidate should be ready to collaborate with national and international research groups from both academy and industry.
